Recently (6 months ago) I got married in the DR with a man from the DR. Then I returned back to Canada, alone I discovered soon after I no longer want to be married to him and will not be appling for a visa for him to come to Canada. I knew this man for a very short time and have never lived with him. Has anyone had a similar experience. If so, was it possible to get an annullment (preferably) or a divorce? I am not looking for advice on my stupidity, I acknowledge this already. I just want to correct my wrongful actions.
