Two business men were talking one day, one of the men says "listen I think it would be great to start a bungee jumping business in Mexico, there is nothing like it there". He goes on to say that all they have to do is build a structure over the site until all the necessary construction is finished, and then upon completion, take down the structure and have a Grand Opening.
It sounded like a good idea, so they go ahead with their plan. During construction the Mexicans in the area would walk by, look with curiosity, scratch their heads and go about their daily routine.
Well, the day of the Grand Opening comes, they take down the surrounding structure and one of the partners decides to be the first to jump. The partner straps himself in properly and jumps. The partner at the top of the bridge sees his partner go down into the crowd and bounce up with his face all beaten up screaming to his partner above. The partner at the top of the bridge can not hear what his partner below is saying, so he tries to get closer as he watches his partner bounce back down and come up with his face all bloody at this point. The partner who is strapped to the bungee screams out " What is a PIN - YA - TAAAAAAA????
