Hi,

I am new here, and am about to travel to Puerto Plata area Oct 4.

Have not booked yet but I think I will be booking at 1 of the AI resorts, due to the last minute deals available here right now!

Any recomendations as to which one to stay at, and are ANY of them girl friendly, if I find a lady for some fun accompanyment?

You won't get a girl into any of the AIs I'm afraid. If that's what you want to do you'll find things much easier in a non AI.

It isn't a moral issue ( though with the families in AI's it might be a factor) it's that they don't want your girlfriend for a day or night eating and drinking if you haven't paid for 2 people.

Try a hotel and just buy a non-AI air-only last minute package from the same tour operators - they are easy to get. And AI's as a rule are boring. And since you won't get laid, really boring.
