Cubana de Aviacion is changing its fleet now, airline replaced all Tupolev 154 by A320 and DC10-30s by brand new A330-200s. All flights to Europe are operated by A330 only, flights to Canada and Mexico City are under A320 fleet.

Cubana signed an agreement for codesharin with Copa and Air Jamaica, now they don't fly to MBJ, KIN and PTY but their sell CM an JM flights under CU designator. Flights to Caracas and Curacao will be operated by Aeropostal only with VH/CU codeshare.

Ilyushin 62 is still used to operate SDQ, BOG, BUE, FDF/PTP, SAO

Cubana gives up its destinations to another carriers, they will decrease its fleet, now they will use leased A330-200, A320, owned IL62 and several leased YAK 42. CU's AN 24 will be used as always for domestic flights.

Cubana's Airbus 330-200 is leased from, & maintained by, the Swedish airline Novair, with crew trained and licensed in Sweden.
