I guess this is project has to explode itself and be profitable, before the Malecon gets the shine back, it?s hard to believe but with a beautiful area like The Malecon we don?t use it properly.
All over the world the river/sea side is the most expensive area to live but here isn?t this way and that?s a shame.
The kind of business that are running there have been impoverished the area, but in deed Malecon center and Adrian Tropical are helping to clean up a little and are attracting certain kind of people that usually doesn?t go to the malecon. I hope the investment in this direction continues ?cause it will revival this important avenue....
