Good day everyone. Can anyone provide me with an email address for the reservations manager at Puerto Plata Village? I have attempted to contact them via their website but have had no reply.

Thanks in advanced for your assistance.

Not exactly, but close

The email address I have is for the Guest Services Manager.

guestservhppv@codetel.net.do

That will get you to the hotel and I would think that the email could easily be forwarded from there.

Puerto Plata Village

Hi, just came back last Sunday from Puerto Plata. We passed by the POP Village and someone mentioned that it was closed. I didn't see any lights or activities going on there either. The website may not be working cause they are probably closed.

I'm glad that it wasn't closed. I was around there on Saturday October 25. How is it? I'm going to POP in Feb and someone recommended that we stay there.

Thanks for the email address.

Let's hope it's not closed considering I am booked there for two weeks over Christmas. Nothing like making mild panic set in folks...

Don't worry, it is not closed. Minni was mistaken - or got confused with Heavens, which is closed.

Thanks for the reassurance LP. We are really looking forward to the trip. We have been to the area before but a different resort.

I have sent messages to various email addresses provided by a number of folks and am very disappointed with the lack of responses. I guess they don't want to sell me a golf package!

Oh well....can't wait for rum, cigars, the beach, the sun and a great meal at Cafe Cito.

for anyone going to the village, wow, what fun!! if you can handle staying up past 4:00am, check out the sports bar to see if the boys are still watching spanish porn. lol. hhahaha their version of porn is hilarious. besides that, if you cant get a hold of them the ph # is 1-809-320-4012 if its still the same from 2 years ago. by the way, angel, he is one of the bartender will someone tell him that julie and cheri (sounds like) shuree (en francais) say hi. we're the girls from canada who he gave run, beer and bracelets to last year. hopefully he remembers. as for the village, have a great time, and dont cannonball off the balcony at the pool bar, they frown on that. lol have a ball and dos banana mamas for me. cheri

Good news!

Well, after much digging for email addresses and many attempts I did finally receive a reply! For future reference, the email address that worked was carolinaberges@codetel.net.do. Carolina is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Puerto Plata Village.

They do have good golf packages available. Eight rounds at Playa Dorada for $400 US. Not bad. She also set me up with someone to email regarding arranging a day trip to golf Playa Grande.

So, the Village is open for business which is good news....they do have golf packages available....and we are only 36 days away from our vacation.

Thanks everyone.
