Baninter contacts

I just found out I still had a deposit with baninter in puerto plata. This is no in conjunction with a bank account just a one time off saving. I think I read that the baninter's offices are now all closed. Would someone know what is the procedure or contacts to get money back from Baninter ? Have Scotiabank taken over ? Is there any risk that the money I had with Baninter is now lost ?

Tomorrow (Nov 26th) is the cut-off date, however, earlier this month clients were advised to withdraw their money well in advance of it. If your branch is already closed down, you will have to find one that is still open.
