Both of my parents were born and raiced in DR, they are both of dark complection, and dark eyes. I'm a 'jaba', with light gray eyes, even though I was born in NJ, I'm still dominican.
So whats the debate about? How dark people can have children with green eyes or whether being born in NJ to Dominican parents makes you Dominican or not? Or are you just looking for attention?
