I've been wondering for a while on what the decision will be by the JCE when two candidates claim they represent the PRD party. If both Decamps and the Hippo end up going at it, what will happen? Anyone have any insight? For instance, what right, if any does the JCE have in deciding such a case? This seems like a game between two little kids who want the same toy and both will do whatever it takes to get it. Now..now, boys....behave and share
