Taxi service

Hello DR1.... I am counting the days till I arrive (13 more) and just can't wait to spend 2 weeks in the DR.

Has anyone ever used Rafael Silva taxi service? I am thinking of using his service to pick up my friends and I up at the airport. He gave me a price up front, so I figure this would be better than finding a taxi at the airport and not having to negotiate. What do you think?
