Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the real market exchange rate? It seems like nobody is selling dollars locally at these fake posted rates.
Some people MUST be selling. If so, who, and at what rates? How do I find them?
Sorry, I'm not asking people on the board about changing money. I ask because some friends locally want to buy some USD, and they're having a hard time finding a true exchange rate.
