In a conversation last evening with an apparantly knowledgable individual, I was told that I would need approval by something like an Environmental Agency and formal application for exclusion under Ley 28-01 for my companies that will be doing business here in Manzanillo (Pepillo Salcedo) on the Haitian border.
My question(s) are:
10 Which "Environmental Agency" must approve my businesses?
2) How do I go about getting the necessary application forms to submit for business exclusion under Ley 28-01?
3) What would be, in your opinion, a reasonable cost for processing the necessary paperwork and applications for both organizations thus involved?
