Can anyone tell me how the weather is in Constanza? Since its ther has been an arctic blast all across the frigid North from Canada down with wind chill factors in the -50 to 100 how has it been in nice and chilly Constanza?

I don't know about Constanza but my mother in law says its the coldest winter in Jarabacoa that she can remember. You know, cold is relative to what you are used to. Here in Canada where i am the temperature hasn't dropped below 4 degrees celcius, quite warm for winter weather.
