Loads of places (is the short answer)!
Your hotel may well have the channel you want, if not Hemmingways in the Playa Dorada shopping plaza has plenty of sport on. Cafe Cito (outside Playa Dorada gates and turn right for 50 yds) will have sports on as well. 15 minutes east along the coast is Sosua with plenty of bars as well (Eddys Sports Bar will probably be suggested to you).
Hemmingways is only 5 minutes walk for you, out of your hotel and turn left, its at the rear of the plaza.
