I'm interested in getting more information on the DR bonds as a possible investment. What are some useful sources of information on the Internet that might give me information on their prices, possible restructuring, stance of the Presidential candidates on paying the bonds, etc.?

They sell junk.

Did you search the internet at all on this topic? There are also a few threads here that discuss the perilous economic times and the likelyhood of default of the oodles of bonds they issued already.
