(For this to make any sense,please read the first,and second,articles in the DR1 "Daily News".Then come back!
John Crow,former governor of Canada's Central Bank,and now a "Consultant"(read "Promotora!)for Skociabank Bank of Canada Ltd.,emerged from his meeting with President Hipolito Mejia this week spouting the wonders of the dominican economy! He used words like "Open","dynamic",and "Ready to take advantage of the times!

Mister Crow is either a fool,a liar,or both.But more likely,just a "good boy" trying to "hype" the DR "Toileted" economy,in which Scociabank is so heavily invested! It is sad to see so many First World Government Officials,"Sell Out" to the highest bidder once they leave office!
Anybody have any idea "What " economy Crow is talking about?It sure isn't the one we have lived in for the last two years!!

was he on a tour? maybe he was handed the speech for a different country.

crow raised interest rates over a year ago in canada and everybody said .......what in the **** are ya thinkin buddy!!!!!! rates were just lowered and and have to be lowered again to correct for the stupidity.

I wasn't present at the meeting between Hipolito and John,so I don't know why John would "spout the wonders of the Dominican economy".
But after the 16th of May Hipolito will eat crow. :D
