Hi everyone!
Regarding to DR1 news report on Friday March 19 (title: Ruling for foreign financial companies) I am evry interested on the publication made by the Central Bank containing the new ruling for opening and operation of foreign and local financial institutions; of course, I have already checked the papers of that day, but got nothing. I also checked on the Central Bank web site, but it is not there... has any of you actually seen it in the papers? maybe confirm the date of publication.. any help will be appreciated.
