A center for violence disturbed in the Dominican Republic

I need help some family in Saman? they have a person thats is not well and need psychiatric treatment or something in the same sector.

He is a danger for the family, last things what i have heard is about fighting with his own brothers, next time you never know maybe he will kill some one the next time. So i hope somebody can help me.

Every body know that in the DR you have to see blood to fix any problem, I don't think Police would help because there is not crime still, They will proced when some thing really happen. Maybe in Samana that is small country the autorities will take action. Maybe Juan Lamour or Nuria Piera can find a solution for thats family but I don't know those phone number.
