Casinos in Cabarete?

I'm planning a vacation for my parents in Cabarete and would like to know if there are any decent sized Casinos (similiar to Jack Tar) in the area. My father is poker junky...

Any idea on what their policy is concerning vacationers from other resorts using their casino?

If you are not staying at the resort, the watchman will look into your car and decide whether to raise the barrier to allow you in or not. I experienced this in March. He asked my brother and me if we were staying at the resort and I told him we just wanted to go into the casino. He glanced at us and I guess saw we were dressed nicely and in a nice car and allowed us in. I was later told they were regulating what type of people were being allowed access into the casino because of a few problems they had.

It is a nice little casino. Smaller than I expected but not too bad. I like the one in Sosua next to Villa Chessa better.

Would someone be able to tell me about how far the Breezes resort would be from the Viva Tangerine?
