North Coast

I can find posted information regarding the North coast but only around Puerta Plata. Desiring information regarding the regions of Samana, Sanchez, Rio San Juan - anyone have a direction to a website? Also, can't seem to find interior information, i.e., San Francisco, Santiago...any suggestions?
