San Jos? de Ocoa & Cambita Garabito

I posted this in the travel section but it might get better response here.

Hello,
I'm new to this board and am looking for some info. I'm planing on going to the DR and setting up a medical training outpost in some of the rural areas. I'm looking for pictures/images, information and maps of San Jos? de Ocoa and Cambita Garabito. Any usefull info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

And how are you going to do that?

Do you have permission from the different government offices to set up a medical training facility? Are you coordinating this with anyone? Church? University? In San Jose de Ocoa there is father Luis Quinn. If you do a search in the www.listindiario.com.do you might find some pictures of Cambita Garabito (note spelling) They did an article on that place a few months ago.

I would step carefully when you talk about medical training facility. Who are you going to train? Just what sort of training?

You could be very successful or get hit in the head for practicing medicine without a license.
