Even at this early stage, you can notice, when talking to people in the DR, how happy they are. I spoke to Elena a while ago and the first thing she told me was "por fin podemos sonreir otra vez" (finally we are able to smile again). Even some of my friend that have great positions in Baldy's government are happy that he is gone. I was on the phone with Amber at 2am and EVERYBODY was on the streets partying and having fun (even her voice was gone). They needed this change and they are welcoming this change with a smile on their faces.
Now, can you tell me how long those smiles are going to last??????. Remember that they still have a few more months to STEAL anything they want and as much as they want. They will steal so much that it will take Leonel a great deal of time just to fix it, keep in mind that he WILL also steal but he will try to steal less until he resolves the problems that Baldy left behind.
