Renting Office Space?

I need to rent an office in August and I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how difficult and expensive it is too rent an office in Santo Domingo (Gazcue, Naco, Ciudad Universitaria) for a single month. I have seen prices listed in the classifieds of Listin Diario ranging from RD$3,500 to RD$10,000 and I wanted to know if this is a ballpark figure for office space in this area. Also, some of these offices come furnished and provide secretarial services. If anyone has had any experience renting office space for short stays in Santo Domingo or can recommend a service that assists businesses with these matters, I would greatly appreciate your help.
