Reuters news headlines: Quake Rattles Flood-Hit Hispaniola
and mentions the source as the National Emergency Center headed by Gen. Rhadam?s. However, I can't find confirmation in any of the bonafide international scientific quake monitoring centers.
It's the third time that Gen. Rhadam?s announces a quake in the Island, and I can't confirm it through the net. I don't want to lose credibility in General Rhadam?s.

I wonder why no news reports show the time of the quake, when they claim to have the magnitude. Most of the time, those two are reported together.
