It?s easy to check if the deslinde is in process. The surveyor in charge must have either a filing receipt from the Superior Land Court or, if the deslinde is more advanced, a resolution from the Court authorizing the deslinde. In both cases, your attorneys can verify the authenticity of the document at the Superior Land Court.
