What is going on at Las Americas? Last time I was there, in April, they were reconstructing the taxi-ways from mid field to runway 17. When are they starting reconstruction on the opposite end of the field. Also I heard somewhere thats there is going to be another runway @ SDQ paralleling 17/35. Is this true? If it is when is it supposed to be completed? If someone who knows would beable to clear this up for me that would be awesome.
