That's Pace Airlines d/b/a "Vacation Express". And the Airport is Orlando-Sanford. Seasonal scheduled charter service.

Could you be a little more explanatory. Sorry, Im not good at deciphering
airline codes.
When does Pace begin operations to Puerto Plata and Puna Cana. Can you purchase air only.
How often will they fly and what time do they leave Orlando and arrrive in Puerto Plata. I assume it then continues on to Punta Cana. On the reverse route, can you give me the time they depart to come back.

Again, sorry to sound so dumb, but I would really like to know more about it.

They are not new. They have been flying since 2002 to PUJ. They moved from Sanford to Atlanta in 2003 and returned to Sanford in May of this year. Aircraft is all economy configuration.
