Gold, Silver & Bronze?

Hi!!

Since I'm fairly new here, there are still some things I don't know.. First - what are the "gold, silver & bronze" designations under the posters' names?
I've also seen other words/names, maybe nicknames?
Also, what is the very first post listed under General, by Sticky, with an envelope with rays coming out of it - all the others are by date with the newest on top, but this one has been the first one for a while now..

The "Colors" indicate the number of posts made by that person.

THe moderator of a forum can make a post a "Sticky" if they think it may have a lasting value to everyone.You can ask the "Host" to give you a "Nickname" that you like,or if you do something really bad,he may give you one that "Sucks"! Welcome to the "General Stuff Forum"
