check out the requirements for business visa types: one of them is, Personal or domestic servants to come to the U.S. with a U.S. citizen or nonimmigrant employer on B, E, F, H, I, J, L, M, O, P, R, or TN status. i think she has to already have experience or be employed as a nanny in the DR. maybe there are agencies in the DR to employ nannies in the US???
