I am interested in hearing first hand or anecdotal information on a lawyer in Rio San Juan named Ernesto Payano Hernandez and a DR realtor named Carlos Coll (TimeHomes)-positive and negative, anything would be helpfull. Thanks Raoul

Haven't heard of either of them. I personally would stick to the names that you see coming up time and time again here on DR1.
