Has anyone ever heard of this guy? He has a website that says he sells DR Montecristo cigars direct from the factories. Is this true and are they real?

Montecristo cigars are made in the Dominican Republic by Tabacalera Garc?a in La Romana (now called ALTADIS). They are sold only through Marcas Premium inside the DR and by ALTADIS outside the DR.
NOBODY ELSE.....
This is a long standing scam the guy is pulling and he has lost every court fight...But he is like the phucking Bunny...and he makes really crappy cigars to boot...
