To Whom It May Concern:
I was interested in finding out if you could E-mail me the cover of your newspaper for the edition/s that fell on the week of July the 15th 1999. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. If need be I would like to purchase the edition that I am in. But I currently do not know which edition it would be in. The gentleman that I spoke to in Santa Domingo told me it was suppose to be in the 7/15 edition. Since I could not find you paper anywhere I was interested to see if I am on the cover and that would be the edition I am interested in purchasing. Thank you for all of your time and efforts.
