SANTIAGO E-MAIL

Anybody from Santiago with e-mail? My sister in law lives there, I know she has an e-mail address, I have been trying to get in touch with her but no luck so far. Does the e-mail from Santiago only works national? or maybe she does not know how to retrieve it. The messages I have sent has not been returned. If anybody can help me on this I'll appreciate it I live in the States and the phone calls are very expensive. Thank you

My family lives there, would you like me to see if they can help you? I do receive e-mail messages from them, so not to worry it does work. Maybe I can email them and have them call yor sister and help.
