If you are staying @ the Courtyard Marriott, you can call them and advise them that you are booking with a Domininca Cedula, that is if you are going to stay there with a dominican. When I called as a US tourist, they wanted me to pay almost $100 per night. When I called back and used my husband's name and gave them his cedula #, I think we paid around $70.
