I know there is an incredible amount of info. here on this subject, but my situation is a little different. I would appreciate any help or advice on this issue. I would like to get a fiance visa for my girl in D.R., to bring her to the U.S. for our 90 day trial period. This is simple. The problem is that she is going to Spain soon to work. She still wants to come to the U.S., but will work in Spain in the meantime. My problem is the effect this will have on the regular fiance visa process. Does anyone have experience with a situation like this? During the visa process, there is a need to visit consulates; U.S.?, Dominican ? Would she have to return to D.R. for the interview, etc., or would I have to go to Spain? Any help is appreciated. Another question....how long do you think it would take to get the fiance visa?
Thanks
