Change location of land parcel within larger parcel

What procedure does a land surveyor have to follow in order to obtain a deslinde for a portion of land within a large parcel. The small parcel has already a "Constancia de Titulo" with documented linderos. But, now the owner of the small parcel wants to move to a different location within the larger parcel. The owner (seller) of the larger parcel and owner (buyer) of the small parcel are in verbal agreement for the change of location.

The surveyor should just do the survey for the property in the desired location and submit it to the Superior Land Court.

Seller's consent to the change of location should be documented.
