High-Gluten (Protein) Flour

I have been trying to find a source for this and have been unsuccessful. Is there someone here who owns a restaurant and knows of a supplier that may import this type of product. It is used, for one thing, to make pizza dough.

If you have the name of a supplier of imported food products...I would appreciate it. I can only seem to locate local food product suppliers and none of them have it.
