Peso cd interest rates?
Have peso interest rates always been that high (18-20 and more%), as far as you all can remember, or has this all to do with the peso devaluation of the last two years under Hipolito?
Or in other words, will these rates come down a lot now that confidence in the DR seems to be restored in the financial community, or is 20% simply the risk premium banks have to pay investors in 3rd world countries and will it stay like that?
