Time For A "Self-Proclaimed" EXPERT To Respond!!!
"Car Washes" come in all different sizes,and levels of quality.They all will wash and "Detail" your vehicle,and do a great job.Some clean your radiator,steam clean your motor,change oil and filters,etc.
Now there is usually an air-conditioned bar/disco,and often a cafeteria.
The bar maids will bring you your food and drink,and sit and talk,you are supposed to buy them drinks,and you can dance with them.
You don't pay the "Car Wash" to take them out,They don't even have to go out with you.It is up to them.Depending on the girl,you may,or may not,have a "Date" at 12 when the place closes.If she does go out with you,there is an "understanding",that you will pay her for having sex with you.
Dominican men like to spens hours in car washes,often without taking anyone out when they leave.It is kind of like a "Poor Man's Playboy Club"!For the price of a few beers,they can pretend that they are out dancing with their pretty young "girlfriend"!

Let me add that car wash ownership is the best excuse for money laundering, tax cheating scoundrels in DR. Everything goes on in there, from selling pirated music, stolen cell phones, guns, all the way to prostitution and drugs. Most owners are Dominican/Yorks who got their money from drugs in the U.S.
