It would help if you told us what part of the DR you're going to and where you'll be staying. It's a big country believe or not.

To honest we have not yet pick a place, we are going to nail down a place this weekend, any recommedations? IF not I we let you know Sunday

I'm from Ontario too and can't wait to get out of here for some sunshine. We have people on DR1 that live in the North coast and some in the south. Some people love going only to the south or east and some only to the North. Read some reviews and decide where you want to be.
