Just wanted people from different areas to let me know how the black outs are improving or getting worse. Feed me some info is possible.

El Portal sector (Santo Domingo) - Extremely good for me! Maximum of 3 hours black out daily! Or Leonel is doing a good job or the General up the street has some really good connections!

Very good where I live in Sosua. We only needed to run the generator an average of 1.6 hours/day during December. During previous month it was 2+ hours/day.

Having more blackouts in areas where most people aren't paying for electricity anyway seems like a fair way to deal with things (unless you are one of the paying customers who happen to live there!)

I'm Paying customer and the situation in my area coulnd get better awsome job by the EDES


100% power with ocasional 5 to 10 minutes black outs............ ;)

When is the DR going to have full power electricity?. Will this ever happen in the near future?. Or will they be facing black outs forever?

Most likely the barrio areas will have black-outs until I am in my grave & most likely most of those presently living in the barrios too!! ` GWB
