Yes - it appears to be open & receiving guests! Can't say that I like the colour scheme of the place now it is refurbished but suspect that being as "Bright & offensive to some eyes" as it is, the staff will be extra attentive & helpful to overcome any would-be complainers!! ~ Grahame.
