My wife was taking to someone yesterday that said there is a new law that has gone into effect making it more difficult totravel to the country with children. To be more specific, children of Dominican decent. Mine are half bloods. Has anybody else heard this?

For what i understand, if you are traveling with children to the dominican republic and both parents are not traveling with the kids you must have a certified letter from the dominican embassy saying that the other parent is aware of your travels with his/her kids.
Both parents must be present at the time of getting the letter with ID.
