Hello
I am trying to understand more about dimensions of properties.
I came to understand that a tarea is around 629 meter sq (6300+ sq feet).
My question, is there a specific dimension to the tarea or it can come in any dimension that calculates to 629 sq meters.

The reason why I asked this question is because, often, when there is a large parcel that have to be subdived, and the sale is per tarea, I am wondering if you can choose the frontage and depth dimension to best suite your make up of a tarea, such as a square, rather than a rectange or any other shappe lots
