i have a young couple visiting me, and they would like to go to the beach 3/18- 3/20. they are students, so on a budget- he has tried for reservations in all the big bayahibe hotels, either too expensive or no luck. they don't have enough time to go to the north, and boca chica or juan dolio are not really what they are looking for.
any recommendations for small funky hotels in bayahibe, actually i think they could afford up to 80$/ night for the 2 of them, or even in the town of la romana- they could take day trips to the beach?
