Can someone please help or point me in the right direction. I am arriving in Punta Cana tomorrow with my husband and I just received an email from my hotel to say that they are over-sold and they had to cancel my reservation (I booked direct with the hotel - not through a tour operator). I have been arguing with them all morning and getting absolutely no where.
I have been able to find alternate accomodations at another all-inclusive starting on Saturday but I do need a place to stay tomorrow night and Friday night. It is Easter and apparently the hotels are booked solid (and then some).
I am looking for a hotel/motel just for those 1st 2 nights (March 24&25) in Punta Cana. It does not have to be all-inclusive but I would like for it to be safe and resonable clean.
Does anyone have any suggestions? This will be my 3rd visit to Punta Cana this year so I am a little familiar with the area.
