Does anyone know if the contest to choose the Dominican Delagate of ths Miss Universe contest happened. I know its around this time but am not sure if it happened. If it did who was winning province If not when is it?

It was scheduled for Saturday evening. With the death of the Pope, looks like it was suspended.
