Does anybody have any experience with the Dominican Bay hotel in Boca Chica? The last mention on here that I can find is from 2003, and I have heard just recently from somebody that they really liked it, although other reviews seem to be very negative. It's only $60 a night all inclusive, so I'm not expecting much, but would like an opinion from someone who has stayed there recently. Also, any idea on whether 'overnight guests" are permitted? Thanks.
