Hi, y'all, how on earth do you say "Just because I'm wearing a dress doesn't mean I can't arm wrestle!" in Spanish? I'm having a couple of tees made up for a much older pal who beat me at arm wrestling--truly! I was astounded by her strength and want to give her a remembrance of our "contest" when I return to La Republica Dominicana. Muchas gracias por tu ayuda!

I'll take a stab at this..

"Aunque llevo falda, eso no quiere decir
Que no puedo pulsear!"

According to my better half, this is correct....

I think in this context "como quiera" means 'either way'

with a dress or without a dress, either way, I'll beat you

fun thread

Arm-wrestling

Thank you so much! I fear that the translation is too long for a t-shirt; I might just try for a visual of fists, arms, etc. My 82 year old Dominican amiga is much stronger than this wimp from Texas--that's for sure!
