Just a question, ive been to DR 3 times and all the times i have been there are in May late may like this year again...
last year there were showers on and off...
i was wondering if thats how it is right now and if there are any sunny times to get a nice tan going or is it always just cloudy, because from all the posts i have read and reviews and weather it seems its not as on and of but occasionaly just cloudy with overcast and no sun at all...is this true or what not?
